● RECONSTRUCT at the 18th AIMAT (Italian Association of Materials Engineering) Conference

During the first week of September, Daniele Berdini, PhD student at the Politecnica delle Marche University (UNIVPM), presented the results of the activities performed within Work Package 2 of the RECONSTRUCT project at the XVIII Convegno AIMAT. This event took place in Ischia Porto from 31 August to 3 September 2025.

He presented the results of the physical and mechanical characterisation of innovative alkali-activated materials for building applications. These results revealed promising potential for the utilisation of waste-derived precursors and industrial by-products within the construction sector.
