Online webinars kick-off project's HUBs in Brussels and Barcelona
At the end of November, with two online onboardings taking place on the same day, Reconstruct officially launched its two Circular Construction HUBs in Barcelona and Brussels.
The agenda of both events featured an overview of the project and insights from its key topics, as well as some interactive activities. Participants involvement was crucial to shape the stakeholder engagement roadmap and the dynamic learning agenda of the project.
Stakeholders will be engaged both actively, via workshops, consultation and labs, and passively, via events and communications. The dynamic learning agenda is a systematic, collaborative exercise conducted during each Open Lab session. It is an ongoing process to align goals, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project.
Over a hundred stakeholders took part in the two sessions altogether.
