RECONSTRUCT relies on stakeholder participation and inclusion. This is achieved through the establishment of the Circular Construction Hubs and the development of the Digital Stakeholder Platform.

Collaboration, trust and clear guidelines will encourage the adoption of circular practices and promote long-term commitment across the value chain.

Users can access the two dedicated spaces of the Hubs by joining the Platform.

The Platform

The RECONSTRUCT Digital Stakeholder Platform is a multi-purpose digital space providing a set of microservices

1

ENGAGEMENT

The platform facilitates the engagement of the regional networks and the dissemination of the project results to a wider audience.

2

PARTICIPATION

The platform supports matchmaking and collaboration. Stakeholders are involved in the co-creation of policies, circular business models and best practice guidelines.

3

TRAINING

Knowledge clips (webinars, tutorials, interviews with experts, etc.) and related training materials are available in the platform’s training module.

The Hubs

Two Circular Territorial Hubs have been established in Barcelona and Brussels as part of the RECONSTRUCT project.

These regional networks aim to involve all stakeholders in the local construction value chain, and to generate and explore multiple cross-sectoral industrial symbiosis opportunities.

Key players in the construction value chain include raw material suppliers; designers; AEC companies; property developers; material and component manufacturers; modular building component manufacturers; logistics providers.
