UNIVPM presents RECONSTRUCT activities at National Measurement Forum

Project partner Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) will attend the eight edition of the event taking place 12-14 September 2024 in San Vincenzo, Italy.
Associate Professor, PhD Gloria Cosoli will present her novel work ‘Uncertainty analysis in CDWs emissivity estimation through thermography’ building on research activities carried out within EU-project RECONSTRUCT.
This study delves into construction and demolition waste (CDW) characterisation. CDW samples were provided by Spanish project partners Acsa Obras e Infraestructuras Sau (SOR) and Comsa Sau (COM). Testing them through infrared thermography, UNIVPM has performed an uncertainty analysis on their emissivity estimation.
The uncertainty analysis will support the decision-making process within RECONSTRUCT’s activities with a proper degree of statistical confidence.
