Our RECONSTRUCTion is building up! Follow it
Dear readers,
Welcome to RECONSTRUCT. We’re excited to bring you the second edition of our project newsletter!
The RECONSTRUCTion is building up. Our consortium has just met in Barcelona for the General Assembly which was a great opportunity to to exchange updates, share insights, and discuss the progress of our demo site.
We’ve also been active on the international stage, attending numerous meetings to share knowledge and expand our network. Importantly, a consortium partner has chaired a Special Session at IEEE MetroLivEnv about sustainability in construction showing the contribution of the project in the design, construction, and deconstruction of circular buildings.
Then, we took the skies! In this issue, you’ll find out how. Recently, two project partners – Brunel University London and Università Politecnica delle Marche – strategically visited SORIGUE and COMSA sites in Barcelona. They installed and tested permanent sensors and collected data using drones. Read on for more details.
But that’s not all! Our network of collaborations is expanding. Two new sister projects have joined our cluster: BIOBUILD and GINNGER. Learn more about them by visiting their websites.
Go ahead and read the newsletter. Visit our website to discover more!
